Notice is hereby given that the 22 nd Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, 25 th March 2023
from 10:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m.
Venue: St. Paul’s Catholic Chapel – University Way, Lower state house road. [St. John Paul II Hall.]
In person attendance is highly encouraged. However, it shall be a hybrid AGM. (Members can attend
either in person or virtually).
Agenda:
1. Holy Mass.
2. Reading and confirmation of minutes of the previous AGM held on 7 th May 2022.
3. Matters arising.
4. Management report.
5. Presentation of the audited financial statements for the financial year January 2022 to
December 2022 by Caritas auditors.
6. Declaration of reserve funds and distributable surplus.
7. Presentation and approval of budget for 2023-2024.
8. Resolutions.
9. Election of office bearers.
10. Any other business.
